A cozy and stylish cottage in one of the most historic and popular places of Cape Town! This house is situated in Upper Woodstock on the slopes of Devil’s Peak and is very central to the city center. There is only a 5 minutes’ drive to the V&A Waterfront, the International Convention Center, the city bowl, the gay village in Waterkant and the lower cable car station.
The cottage is charming with a lot of Victorian style features (window and door frames, wooden floors etc.), which have been renovated recently. The kitchen is modern and functional. The bright and stylish bathroom has a shower and modern mixer taps and chrome designed lightening.
